Children’s University on Tour is a project of science communication for children in public spaces. Children will engage with science and humanities in their immediate environment (e.g. in parks or in youth centres). They have the possibility to participate in special children’s lectures by "real" scientists and researchers, conduct experiments themselves and get information on universities and research. Our target group are children between the ages of 7 and 12 years; particularly children who haven’t had any contact with universities and science yet are to be reached in this manner.
