- All participants have to have an organizational background
- Partners have to come from different countries with different native language
- Partners are obliged to develop and outline a mini project for the application
- Awarding of funds will be approved by the Management Board of EUCU.NET
- All participants have to sign a memorandum of understanding with EUCU.NET
- All participants have to adhere to the reporting and accounting conditions
Responsibilities of Mentors and Mentees
- Planning and performance of a mini project
- Feedback on mentoring progress and design to the program coordinator
- Show willingness to report about the work in progress on the community forum on
- regular basis
- Reporting on the Twin-City-Conference in December 2009.
- Encourage to find other mentees and mentors to build up the network
General Conditions
Level
Up to 30 partnerships will be supported by the EUCU.NET Mentoring Partnership program. Maximum funding level is 3.800 € per partnership independent of the number of participants.
Projects have to start and end within the 1st May and the 30th November 2009.
Application
All Mentoring Partnership applications must be written in English.
Submission starts at the 14th February 2009.
Deadline of application is the 21th April 2009.
Allocation
The Management Board of EUCU.NET decides on the allocation of funding at a meeting on the 27th/28th April 2009. Notification about granting will be within two weeks after the decision panel meeting.
